Auto and Aviation Accident recovery

After an auto accident there's plenty of potentially hazardous matter left behind such as contaminated glass, fabric and metal. Mostly in all the impossible places to reach. Auto Body shops think that if they air the car out for 7 days will kill diseases and viruses and they can clean the car after this period. They are confusing the OSHA rule which says diseases are known to be in blood for at LEAST 7 days. OSHA is not saying that after 7 days the diseases are gone. Viruses are airborne and are just as dangerous in dry blood as they are in wet blood, at times even worse in dry blood. So not only are these companies having their employees doing illegal work, but they are also putting themselves in harms way. The employee is not being productive in the work they where hired to do,which is counter productive to the employer. OSHA can fine these companies $7,000 to $70,000 dollars per incident for having non Blood borne pathogen trained employees, with no exposure control plan or a 30 year record of inoculations. Put all that info aside, HOW and WHERE are they disposing of cleaning materials and equipment which is now bio hazardous, and how are they disposing the contaminated glass and fabric or car parts? Because you just can't throw it in a dumpster, which some of these companies do and EPA can fine them different amounts starting at $250,000.
BioHELP has Aircraft Mechanics and Fixed wing/Helicopter Pilots ready for any kind of Aviation accident. We have the clearances to get on Military and FAA Airports. It does not make sense to hire someone to decontaminate an aircraft accident, when by law they will not be able to replace anything on the aircraft. Along with not having knowledge of aircrafts.
Please call 1-877-44BioHELP for 24 HOUR service.
